Rodents are responsible for spreading over 36 types of diseases worldwide. One of the more serious diseases that is found in the U.S. is Hantavirus Pulmonary Syndrome, which is contracted by breathing in the virus that is shed in the urine and droppings from rodents such as the deer mouse. This disease can be spread easily, simply by sweeping up mouse droppings.

Mice reproduce very quickly; an average mouse has five to ten litters a year, with each litter containing five to six offspring. The last thing you want is an extended family of mice living in your home or garage. Here is what our bi-monthly, year-round rodent pest control service looks like:

In the initial visit, we’ll do an inspection for possible entry points for the rodents.

We will place up to four bait stations around the exterior of the property near possible entry points to control rats, mice, field mice, and/or voles.

If indoor activity is severe, we’ll place bait stations or glue boards within the interior of the home, barn, shed, garage, or business.

If only field mice or voles are present, we’ll identify the active areas and place bait stations to protect the landscaping and to restrict access to the home.
